101XP IMPORT

If the data you want to bring in is from Version 3 or 4 you may import the data.

0.  Before you start you will need to know.

• What version of the program did the data come from.
• What drive is the data on
• What directory is the data in.

1.  Close ABC WINDOWS 2006

2.  Import each company/year you want to import

• Click on START/PROGRAMS/DOME PUBLISHING COMPANY/IMPORT FROM EARLIER. 
• Click on the button LOCATE DATA
• Navigate to the location of the data you want to import.
• Click on the button SELECT.  The program should now say what COMPANY, YEAR AND VERSION OF the program the data came from. 
• Click on the button IMPORT
