When I print from 101W it looses part of the page, sometimes the whole document. The process is fairly simple. We send the data to the printer driver, even if you send the report to the screen, and windows transfers the report to the driver.
The most probable solution is as follows:
Close the Dome program
Click on START/RUN and run WRITE
Minimize the wordpad and try printing, or viewing to the screen, whatever was not working.
Other possibilities.
1. Check with your printer manufacturer and search for LOST INFORMATION. Also if you get an error message with it, check it out with the printer manufacturer.
2. You installed a new printer and it is not compatible.
3. Your antivirus software is blocking the program from working.
