Uniqueness of Index Violated

Problem:  I get a message when making entries that the Uniqueness of Index is violated.

Solution:  This is a fairly rare situation.   We have refined the program to make it less likely to get the problem, but have not completely eliminated it. 

• Make a backup (company/backup)
• Perform Optimize (company/optimize)
• Contact support to get the latest revision of the software.
