File is missing

Problem:  I get a message saying files are missing.  The files the program needs to go into the program have been deleted or moved..

Solution:

Outside of the program this can happen a number of ways.  If the files are manually moved or deleted the program has no way to track what is done outside of the program.

Inside of the program.  We have had some reports of this happening, but no clear cause for the problem.   Your best options are:

Copy in the most current backup

Copy the data from another directory.

Delete the company using start/programs/dome publishing company/change drive

Select the company in question and click on delete.
